Cheesy Cauliflower Steak 

These low-carb, healthy cauliflower steaks are packed with flavor and are a perfect way to add veggies to your dinner plate. They take 10 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to roast, and require the following ingredients: two cauliflower heads, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, unsalted butter, all-purpose flour, vegetable broth, dairy-free cheddar style shreds (or dairy cheddar if you prefer), sriracha, red and yellow bell peppers and green onion. You'll also need a cast-iron skillet.

Easy Breakfast Burritos 

These quick and easy egg burritos will satisfy your hunger any time of day and are versatile enough to add other vegetables to the mix. They take just 10 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook and require the following ingredients: canola or olive oil, red bell pepper, green onions, eggs, corn tortillas, chili powder and cheese.

There's no need to roll out dough for this quick and easy meal. By using pita bread as the crust, the pizza will be ready in a flash. This tasty pizza takes just 10 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to bake, and involves the following ingredients: zucchini, olive oil, oregano, black pepper, pita bread, low sodium tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, basil and (optional) pine nuts.

These glazed figs stuffed with creamy goat cheese are bundled inside a flaky pastry for a sweet and savory play on a classic bite-sized appetizer. They take 55 minutes to prepare and 18 minutes to bake and are well worth the wait. The ingredients you'll need are balsamic vinegar, honey, fresh thyme, sea salt, black pepper, water, dried figs, an egg, walnuts, puff pastry, goat cheese and (optional) sumac. You'll also need a rolling pin.

This healthy treat is a twist on chocolate fondue!  Preparation time is 10 minutes and cooking time is five minutes and the recipe involves the following ingredients: Fuji apples, semi-sweet chocolate chips, coconut oil and chopped pecans. You'll also need a baking tray and parchment paper.
